Every quarter, CLC determines market vacancy and absorption
information for all Class A and B properties in Cincinnati
and Northern Kentucky by submarket (for example, Downtown,
Kenwood, Blue Ash, Tri County, etc.). Among other facts, we
track each building’s quarterly performance, current
rental rates, operating expenses, parking ratios, total available
square footage and largest contiguous block of space available
for lease.
Armed with this information, we are able to familiarize and
advise our clients with regard to the market realities, opportunities
and trends. When combined with information gathered about
recent lease and sale transactions completed, we can provide
meaningful and timely market data which can result in saving
our clients significant amounts of money.
