Peggy began working for Carey Laumer Commercial
Real Estate in March 2004. She became a commercial
real estate agent in July 2006. Since this time she has
concentrated on working with smaller tenant
representation outside her regular duties as the Office
Manager and Administrative Assistant. She has
completed transactions totaling 31,477 SF of leased
space and $1,161,785 in lease revenue. Clients include;
Cincinnati Age Management, Roto-Disc, Soundcom
Systems, Radiant Technologies, PSI Online, Handy Dental, Tetra Tech, and Industrial Building Solutions.
Before 2004, Peggy worked for Eagle Realty Group as assistant to the Property
Manager, routing tenant maintenance requests, various accounting duties, and
maintaining tenant lease files. Peggy also worked for Landrum & Brown, an
Airport Consultant company, for 12 years. She began in the Accounting
Department as the Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Administrator. She
was promoted to the Personnel Administrator which consisted of overseeing the
payroll of 170 employees, payroll tax preparation, recruiting, 401K and health
benefit administration, human resource issues, among many other duties.
Peggy also handles the bookkeeping aspects for IFMA, (International Facility
Management Association), a non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation which works for the
public good to promote priority research and educational opportunities for the
advancement of facility management.
Peggy and her husband Dave live in Springfield Township and have four children,
Josh, Emily, Eric and Cody. |
