In June 1996, Dan began his career
as an account executive for a
network of local radio stations. Through a series of
mergers and
buyouts, Dan was introduced to the commercial real estate
industry as an active participant in the acquisition
of new offices
and disposition of old space in the Cincinnati market.
Dan
ended his advertising career as National Director
of Marketing
for Metro Networks, now a Westwood One Company.
In January 1999, Dan started his real estate career
as a sales
associate with Cline Realtors. Over the next two years,
Dan’s
cumulative sale and lease production was approximately
$5,000,000.

In January 2001, Dan welcomed the
opportunity to work at Carey Laumer Commercial Realty.
From the start, Dan has been a successful, results-oriented
agent focusing on office/flex related transactions.
Dan’s commercial real estate portfolio currently
total approximately 740,000 square feet. He has successfully
transacted more than $52,000,000 in sales and leased
for companies such as:

Dan’s business continues to grow, working with
existing clients expanding into new markets,
such as Home City Ice and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage,
and new clients looking for expertise
in Cincinnati, for example, Kaplan University.
New listing assignments, such as Phase II of the
Deerfield Towne Center (60,000 SF), developed
by Jeffrey Anderson Real Estate and Casto Development,
The Shop’s at Harper Point, and The
Kenwood Exchange should make 2007 and exciting year.
Dan and his wife, Amy, live in Sharonville. They
have two children and are expecting their third
child in March 2007. Amy works part-time as a School
Teacher in Mason Ohio. Dan graduated
St. Xavier High School and Miami University and remains
and active lum of both participating
in several annual events. |
