Michele has worked in office brokerage since 1994. Since that time, she has consummated
leases/sales in office buildings throughout the Greater Cincinnati area totaling
over 2,988,905 square feet. These lease and sale transactions have generated
in excess of $162 million in total revenue.
Her participation in all facets of commercial real estate and management have
sharpened her site selection, space design, and project coordination skills.
Michele’s experience representing owners and tenants qualifies her to be
a strong advocate in the negotiation process.

In 2004, Michele, together with
fellow agent Beth Walter, were recognized for their
landlord representation in the successful lease
up of the renovated Historic Ford Factory at 660
Lincoln Avenue by NAIOP. 660 Lincoln was awarded
NAIOP’s Office Deal of the Year in the 50,000+
square feet category, and Michele and Beth’s
efforts resulted in 106% occupancy of this 100,000
square foot project in a very soft office market.

as the No. 1 Top Producing Agent in the Office
Category by the Cincinnati Board of Realtors Top
Producers Club. |

Top Producing Office Realtor in Cincinnati. In 2003,
CoStar Group recognized Michele as a Power Broker, one

She received the award for the
1999 Most Outstanding Transaction for her representation
of Ohio Casualty Group in their purchase of the
former Mercantile Headquarters facility in Fairfield,
a $23 million transaction. |

In November 1999, Michele was
awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member
(CCIM) designation by the Commercial Investment
Real Estate Institute. The CCIM designation is
earned upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum
and attainment of a level of qualifying experience.
CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real
estate brokerage, leasing and investment analysis.
She is also a founding member of the Cincinnati
chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). |
