In Cincinnati, Jeff’s focus has been in tenant
representation and in leasing office projects. Recent
assignments have included leases for Office Depot, Xerox
Connect, Govconnect, Thomson Learning, Pharmacia Corporation,
XO Communications and others.
In addition, while in Cincinnati he has completed large
build to suit office/laboratory projects for GTE Wireless,
as well as in Atlanta for Akzo Nobel, and in Dallas
for Quest Diagnostics. These build-to-suits totaled
over 400,000 square feet.
Since 1996, he has been involved in leases, sales and
build-to-suit transactions totaling in excess of 3.5 million square feet. In addition, Jeff has directed negotiations
for state job creation tax credit programs for Kentucky
and Ohio worth in excess of $4 million.
